TOWN OF SELBYVILLE
NOTICE
The Board of Adjustment for the Town of Selbyville will, on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at 5:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter that the application may be heard, continue the public hearing for the following application:
- Application submitted by Robert C. LoRusso, concerning improved real property owned by Matthew Leimbach located at 48 N. Main Street, Selbyville, Delaware 19975, identified as Tax Map and Parcel No. 5-33 16.12 35.00, seeking a special use exception for a place of worship pursuant to Section 200-79.B.(3) of the Zoning Code.
The continued public hearing will be held at the Town Hall, 68 West Church Street, Selbyville, Delaware. The record in this matter has been kept open and all persons interested, both members of the public and the applicant, are invited to submit comments or other information to the Board for its consideration in this matter and/or to be present and to attend the continued public hearing where a determination will be made by the Board.
The proposed application is available at the Town Hall for review Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
The continued public hearing may be adjourned from time to time by the Board without further notice.
