The Town of Selbyville would like to welcome our new Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Official Tony Merollini!

Hello,

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Tony Merollini. I am the new Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Official for the Town of Selbyville.

This is a courtesy message to inform residents that in January 2024, the Town of Selbyville will be looking into the following property maintenance concerns, including, but not limited to:
• Trim tree limbs (back in line with top of curb)
• Grass and weeds to be lower than 8 inches
• Basketball hoops (front edge of rim in line with top of curb)
• Disabled vehicles
• Trash / Junk / Debris
• Gutters / Down Spouts
• Safety: Stairs, Railings, Broken windows, Exterior lighting fixtures
• Sheds and Accessory buildings to be in good condition
• Exterior property to be in safe and sanitary condition
