SHORT-TERM RENTALS – PROHIBITED
Date Posted: Thursday, July 10th, 2025Short-term rentals are defined in the Town Code as rental agreements for a duration of less than one year. These types of rentals have never been permitted within the Town of Selbyville.
On Monday, July 7, 2025, following a public hearing, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Selbyville adopted an ordinance to amend the Town Code to specifically define and prohibit short-term rentals.
