Water & Sewer Impact Fee Increase
Date Posted: Thursday, March 4th, 2021Due to increased costs and repairs the Mayor and Council of the Town of Selbyville voted unanimously to increase the current water and sewer impact fees as follows:
Water impact fees from two thousand five hundred dollars ($2500) per equivalent dwelling unit (EDU) to three thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($3,250) per EDU.
Sewer impact fees from two thousand five hundred dollars ($2500) per equivalent dwelling unit (EDU) to three thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($3,250) per EDU.
These new fees become effective March 2, 2021.
All in progress developments and undeveloped lot owners within the corporate limits of the Town of Selbyville will be given a one time opportunity to pay in advance for the impact fees at the old rates providing the form below is submitted by April 2, 2021 to the Town Administrator. All impact fees will be required to be paid in full no later than June 2, 2021.
No exceptions will be made for late payment of this opportunity.
