Notice Regarding Water Testing Kits & Questionnaires

**ATTENTION**

A growing number of homeowners have reported receiving fake water testing kits in the mail – along with questionnaires requesting detailed information about the consumers, their water usage habits, household water equipment, etc. After submitting the kits along with their information, consumers are then contacted by businesses who warn them about the poor quality of their water – and then offer to perform a thorough in-home water assessment, free of charge. They then try to sell expensive water softeners and other equipment once they arrive at the residents’ homes.
