TOWN OF SELBYVILLE ELECTION
The election of three (3) councilmembers, one (1) serving as the Mayor of Selbyville, is held in odd number years. The election of two (2) councilmembers is held in even number years. They have the legislative power to provide police protection and to develop and adopt ordinances relating to parking, zoning, traffic, signs, and construction and property maintenance code.
Town elections are held on the first Saturday of March.
Qualifications to vote are as follows:
To have registered with the Town by February 10, 2025, be at least 18 years of age, be a U.S. Citizen, and be a Bona Fide resident of the town.
