Date Posted: Tuesday, April 4th, 2023ON MONDAY, APRIL 3, 2023, THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF SELBYVILLE PASSED A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 6:00PM AS THE TIME FOR THE REGULAR MONTHLY MEETINGS OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF SELBYVILLE AS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 7.2 OF THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF SELBYVILLE. WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.2 of the Charter of the Town of Selbyville, the Mayor and Council shall designate the time and days of their Regular Meetings; and WHEREAS, for many years, pursuant to a previous decision of the Mayor and Council, the Regular Meetings of the Mayor and Council have been held on the first Monday of every month beginning at 7:00PM, unless the first Monday of the month is a legal holiday, in which case the Regular Meeting is held the following, second Monday of the month, beginning at 7:00PM; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council would like to begin their […]
