Water & Sewer Impact Fee Increase
Date Posted: Thursday, March 4th, 2021Due to increased costs and repairs the Mayor and Council of the Town of Selbyville voted unanimously to increase the current water and sewer impact fees as follows: Water impact fees from two thousand five hundred dollars ($2500) per equivalent dwelling unit (EDU) to three thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($3,250) per EDU. Sewer impact fees from two thousand five hundred dollars ($2500) per equivalent dwelling unit (EDU) to three thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($3,250) per EDU. These new fees become effective March 2, 2021.
