On Monday, May 1, 2023, the Mayor & Council of the Town of Selbyville passed an ordinance to amend the Code of the Town of Selbyville to include a requirement that a Town Business License must be obtained for any person, without an establishment located within Town limits, who is engaged for profit in selling any and all merchandise and/or given commodities and/or in providing facilities, services, rental units and/or food service anywhere within the Town limits.    Click HERE for a copy of the Outside Business Contractor Business License Application.

The Selbyville Museum is Now Open

  The Selbyville Museum will be open from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on the 3rd Saturday of each month from April through October of 2023. The current dates are as follows: April 15th, May 20th, June 17th, July 15th, August 19th, September 16th, and October 21st. Within the museum you will find various Railroad and Town artifacts that date back to the earliest town agricultural days to late 20th century Police memorabilia. The museum is located at 6 Railroad Ave Selbyville, DE 19975. Admission is free.
